Amazing Relay Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Amazing Relay is operated by Globex INC ("Amazing Relay," "we," or "us"). This Policy covers the Amazing Relay Chrome extension (the "Extension"), amazingrelay.com (the "Website"), billing, and support.
In short
- The Extension processes Amazon Relay Load Board content inside the browser. The Store version does not send load details, routes, rates, payouts, filter settings, client logs, or general browsing history to Amazing Relay.
- Amazing Relay receives only the account data needed for access, subscriptions, security, and support.
- We do not sell personal data or use Amazon Relay data for personalized advertising.
Chrome Extension
The Extension reads Load Board content to provide filtering, monitoring, refresh, notification, and booking-assistance features. That content is processed locally in the browser.
To identify the carrier and verify access, the Extension sends Amazing Relay the carrier SCAC, company name, Relay account email, Extension version, and an Amazing Relay activation key if one has been entered. The Relay email may be stored as an authorized user of the relevant company account.
An entered activation key is stored through Chrome Sync until it is changed, cleared, or the Extension is removed. It is sent to Amazing Relay for verification. Request logs record only that a key was present, not the raw key.
Amazing Relay also receives the IP address, browser user-agent, request time and result, and relevant entitlement metadata. We use it to return the correct configuration, secure the service, troubleshoot, and provide support.
The Extension stores settings, filter presets, ignored-load state, drafts, interface preferences, install state, and a signed configuration cache in Chrome extension storage. Data saved through Chrome Sync may be processed and synchronized by Google under the user’s Chrome settings.
Billing
Stripe processes Amazing Relay subscriptions and payments. When billing information is requested, Amazing Relay may create a Stripe customer or a short-lived Checkout or Billing Portal session, including before Checkout is opened. Stripe may receive the Relay account email and limited company and subscription information for this purpose.
Stripe collects payment-card and billing information under its Privacy Policy. Amazing Relay does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. We retain necessary subscription and transaction records for access, billing, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal requirements.
Some billing or support actions may send a private Telegram notification containing an email and an internal request or payment reference. Telegram handles that information under its Privacy Policy.
Website and support
The Website may process the IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referrer, and time.
The Website keeps a 30-day aggregate count of current Google Ads landing requests by hour, campaign, page category, and coarse device category. This server-side counter works regardless of the optional cookie choice and stores no IP address, user-agent string, gclid, cookie, user ID, search term, or ad creative identifier. It counts page requests, not unique people, and is used only to diagnose whether paid clicks reached the Website.
The Website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and non-personalized Google Ads measurement for traffic, conversion, and website-usage measurement. In the current United States opt-out model, Statistics and Marketing measurement may start when a visitor arrives. The two categories are independent. Turning off Statistics prevents Google Analytics requests; turning off Marketing prevents Google Ads measurement requests and Website-to-Store attribution. We configure tag-level consent checks so a denied category sends no corresponding Google measurement request, including no cookieless ping. Advertising personalization is always disabled. Google may otherwise process cookies, device and page information, interaction data, and measurement identifiers. Permitted attribution information may also be stored with company or payment records to measure a conversion. The Website may embed YouTube videos. Google handles its data under the Google Privacy Policy.
When Marketing measurement is permitted, a Website visit to our Chrome Web Store listing may also receive a random pseudonymous 16-character attribution identifier. We store it with the campaign/source values, GCLID and allow-listed Google Ads measurement parameters when present, a coarse landing-page category, and keyed hashes derived from IP address and browser user-agent. The Website ledger does not store the raw Website IP address or user-agent, email, SCAC, company, or arbitrary page/query data. Only the identifier inside the campaign value—not GCLID, email, SCAC, or the other Ads parameters—is sent to the Chrome Web Store. It helps us rank possible later Extension activations, but it does not prove which person or company installed the Extension.
Website analytics are separate from Amazon Relay Load Board content. If a user contacts us by email, website form, or Telegram, we process the contact details and message needed to respond.
Our service providers are Vultr for server infrastructure, Google for Chrome Sync and Website services, Stripe for billing, and Telegram for the private notifications described above. We disclose data to them only for these functions. We do not use or transfer personal data for personalized advertising, data brokerage, or lending decisions.
Website cookies and choices
The Website uses strictly necessary cookies to operate securely and remember privacy preferences. For United States visitors, Statistics and non-personalized Marketing measurement may operate by default under an opt-out model and can be changed independently. Turning a category off stops its corresponding Google requests rather than sending a cookieless measurement ping. Advertising personalization remains disabled in every state. Embedded YouTube players remain blocked until the applicable privacy choice and an explicit video open. Privacy preferences are stored on the root amazingrelay.com domain so the same choice applies to amazingrelay.com and extension.amazingrelay.com, and can be changed at any time through the Website’s opt-out preferences controls. We honor enabled Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by immediately blocking both measurement categories. A permitted ar_gclid attribution cookie may remain for up to 90 days and is cleared when Marketing is revoked or a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is active.
Retention and deletion
Chrome-stored data remains until overwritten, cleared, or removed with the Extension, subject to Chrome Sync. Account, entitlement, billing, and support records remain while needed for the service, security, accounting, disputes, or law.
Configuration request logs and some private operational notifications currently have no fixed automatic deletion schedule. Records held by Stripe, Google, Telegram, and Vultr are also subject to their policies and our account settings.
The pseudonymous Website-to-Store attribution ledger currently has no automatic deletion schedule. It is retained for long-term campaign comparison, security, troubleshooting, and support, subject to verified deletion requests and any records we must retain for legal or security reasons.
To request access, correction, or deletion, email amazingrelay@gmail.com with the relevant company or SCAC and associated email. We may verify identity and authority and retain records required for security, accounting, disputes, or law. Local Extension data can be removed through Chrome controls; Chrome Sync data may also require action through the user’s Google account settings.
Security and Chrome Web Store Limited Use
The Extension sends data to Amazing Relay over HTTPS. We use access controls, signed entitlement responses, and service-provider safeguards to protect stored information.
Amazing Relay’s use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy when our data practices or applicable requirements change. The date above will show the most recent revision.
