Amazing Relay works inside the Amazon Relay Load Board. Start with an Amazon saved search that already returns the type of loads you want.

While the search is active, Amazing Relay refreshes the current saved search and evaluates new loads against your filters. When a load matches, Monitoring stops the search, displays the load, and alerts you according to your settings.
Use Clear filters to remove load filters without resetting Mode, Refresh speed, or Alarm.
Monitoring finds matching loads and alerts you. You review the result and choose what to book.
Autobook automatically attempts to book the matching load with the highest total payout. When several loads match in the same response, total payout—not list order—determines which one is attempted first.
If a selected load is no longer available, Amazing Relay marks it Missed and continues searching. A real booking error is shown as Booking failed. After a successful booking, the search stops and the alarm is activated.
Autobook always uses the Repeat alarm mode because it can act without another click. Press STOP ALARM or start a new search to stop a currently playing alarm.

Refresh speed sets the target maximum for one tab, not a guaranteed refresh rate. Paid plans can select up to 2.50 requests per second; the Free plan is limited to 0.25 requests per second.
This tab shows the measured speed of the current Amazing Relay search. All tabs shows the combined speed of all active Amazing Relay searches in the current Chrome profile. We recommend keeping the combined rate at or below 2.70 requests per second.

Actual speed may be lower because it depends on internet latency, Amazon Relay response time, the number and complexity of loads returned, and processing time. A lower actual value is normal and does not mean the speed setting is broken.
Manual Amazon refreshes and the final refresh after STOP are not included in This tab or All tabs. These counters measure Amazing Relay search activity, not every request made by the page.
Use these fields to schedule the current Chrome tab to start or stop searching. They use the computer’s local clock, not the time zone selected for pickup filters.
Amazing Relay filters are applied after Amazon returns the current list of loads. They do not reduce the number of loads Amazon sends to the browser.

Base rate per mile shows the payout per loaded mile after fuel and toll surcharges are removed: (total payout − fuel surcharge − toll surcharge) ÷ loaded miles.
Example: A 100-mile load pays $1,000, including $40 fuel and $300 toll reimbursement. Its base rate is (1000 − 40 − 300) ÷ 100 = $6.60 per mile.

Coefficient ($ per hour) estimates base payout per working hour. Amazing Relay estimates time as (30 minutes × stop count + loaded miles + adjusted deadhead) ÷ 60, then divides base payout by those estimated hours. This is a comparison tool, not a promise of actual hourly revenue.
Deadhead Miles Coefficient estimates travel time to pickup in minutes per rounded deadhead mile. A load must leave enough lead time for both deadhead and Min. stem time: pickup lead − (rounded deadhead × coefficient) − Min. stem time.
Min. stem time reserves minutes between booking and the time you can start driving. Amazing Relay adds it to the Deadhead Miles Coefficient requirement. If the original pickup is too early but the load has a later eligible Amazon slot, flexible pickup processing may use that slot.

Start date min sets the earliest allowed pickup. Start date/time max sets the latest allowed pickup. They filter pickup time, not Amazon’s delivery/end time.
Classic Pickup within accepts loads inside the selected rolling window. Smart uses whichever limit is later: Start date/time max or current time + Pickup within.
Example 1: The current time is 02:00, Start date/time max is 05:00, and Pickup within is 2 hours. The rolling limit is 04:00, so Smart keeps 05:00. At 03:01, the rolling limit becomes 05:01 and Smart begins moving the effective maximum forward one minute per minute.
Example 2: The current time is 02:00, Start date/time max is 05:00, and Pickup within is 4 hours. The rolling limit is already 06:00, so Smart immediately uses 06:00 and continues moving it forward with the current time.

Team miles max applies only to loads Amazon marks as TEAM. With Ignore TI miles enabled, Miles and Team miles do not reject loads Amazing Relay identifies as empty/TI loads.
Decrease max miles reduces the Amazing Relay Miles max value by one mile per minute after the selected computer-local start time. It does not change Amazon’s native Max miles filter.

Amazing Relay marks recognized third-party locations with <<3-P>>. Amazon locations only rejects a load when any stop is classified as third-party. No Railroads rejects identified railroad-terminal loads. No recovery <<ITR>> loads rejects recovery loads marked by Amazing Relay as <<ITR>>.
Amazing Relay visually identifies disruption-free equipment and empty trailers or containers on supported one-way trips with one load. Use Disruption-free Only or Empties Only to limit results to one category.

Pickup fields apply to the first stop. Destination fields apply to the final stop. Include fields require a match; exclude fields reject a match. Exclude all stops also applies the destination exclusion list to intermediate stops. Presets and individual values are expanded into one deduplicated list before filtering.
Check these fields carefully. State and location rules can conflict—for example, Destination state: NY together with Destination state exclude: NY. Amazing Relay intentionally does not block every conflicting combination. Include, exclude, first-stop, last-stop, all-stop, preset, state, and location rules can overlap in many valid or invalid ways, and some useful configurations are deliberately very precise. If a search returns no loads, review these fields for overlapping requirements first.
Example — final stop only: A load runs NJ → NY → NJ and NY is in Destination state exclude. With Exclude all stops disabled, this state rule accepts the load because its final stop is NJ.
Example — every downstream stop: A load runs IL → MI → OH → IL and OH is in Destination state exclude. With Exclude all stops enabled, this state rule rejects the load because an intermediate stop is in OH.

Create reusable state or location groups in Extension icon → Options → Filter presets. The two preset types stay separate: state presets appear only in state fields and location presets only in location fields. On the Load Board, one preset is shown as one colored pill; Amazing Relay expands it into the saved values and deduplicates the combined list before filtering.

Preset changes save automatically. Reload the Amazon Relay Load Board after editing presets so the open page receives the updated list.
Fastbook replaces Amazon’s standard Book button with a one-click booking action. Use it only when you are comfortable booking directly from the load card. It is not recommended for touchscreens.
Some loads have multiple pickup times that Amazon allows you to select. Amazing Relay uses Amazon’s available pickup slots instead of inventing arbitrary times inside the displayed pickup window.
The round button in the load row advances the load to its next available Amazon pickup slot. NEXT PICKUP inside the expanded card uses the same action, and both controls stay synchronized.
Changing the slot updates pickup and delivery through Amazon’s native selection behavior and recalculates PU in.

During START, Amazing Relay checks the original pickup first. If it does not qualify, Amazing Relay can choose the nearest later Amazon slot that passes Pickup date range, Pickup within, Min. stem time, and Deadhead Miles Coefficient.
The selected slot becomes the effective pickup used by the normal filter and Autobook pipeline. Pickup, delivery, and PU in update together.
Alerts are active only while Amazing Relay search is running. The notification area at the top of the Load Board shows found, missed, booked, price, Demand Chat, settings, protection, and error messages. Use More to review the list.
Once plays one sound when a matching load is found. Repeat keeps playing until you press STOP ALARM or start a new search. Autobook always uses Repeat; Monitoring can use either mode.

Choose a threshold of 2%, 5%, 10%, 25%, 40%, 75%, 100%, 150%, or 200%. Notify adds a notification and plays a short sound. Silent adds the notification without sound.

Price monitoring does not stop the search by itself. The load still has to pass normal filters before it can become a Monitoring result or Autobook candidate.
Demand Chat monitoring alerts you when chat becomes available for a load during START. Notify plays a short sound; Silent does not. Chat availability does not stop search and does not make a load an Autobook candidate.

Open the Amazing Relay extension menu
, choose Options, then select Settings. Options save automatically. Reload an already-open Amazon Relay Load Board after changing them so the page receives the new settings.
Use Activation key only when a key was supplied through the subscription or support flow. The selected time zone controls how Amazing Relay interprets Start date min and Start date/time max. EST/EDT, CST/CDT, MST/MDT, and PST/PDT account for seasonal clock changes. Pickup within is a relative duration; Smart mode evaluates that duration together with Start date/time max.
Begin search at, Stop search at, and Decrease max miles use the computer’s local clock instead.

These options control the native Amazon Relay page around Amazing Relay:
The first group cleans up native page elements. The second group controls Amazing Relay presentation, filter availability, or booking-button behavior; Fastbook changes the interaction rather than merely changing appearance.
This is normal. The selected value is a target maximum; actual throughput depends on internet latency, Amazon response time, and the amount of load data being processed.
Changing the Amazon saved-search tab or active search request during START safely stops Amazing Relay so it cannot continue against the wrong query. Review the selected search and press START again.
Amazing Relay stops after repeated request failures. Common causes include an unstable connection, a page that needs a manual reload, an expired session, or Amazon throttling.
If Amazon throttles the account, stop Amazing Relay in every active tab and wait at least 30 minutes before starting again.
